IVDS Company Introduction

In Vitro Diagnostic Solutions (IVDS) was founded in 2017 by Robert Harper with the mission of developing accurate, easy-to-use point-of-care diagnostic technologies for patients with rare metabolic disorders and emerging biomarkers. Our multidisciplinary team has secured three issued patents, with five additional patents pending, and has been awarded 18 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants, resulting in more than $10 million in non-dilutive funding.

The IVDS OnSightâ„¢ diagnostic platform includes point-of-care tests for Homocystinuria (HCU), Anemia, Ammonia, Acetaminophen and Salicylate toxicity, Creatine Phosphokinase (CPK) for Fatty Acid Oxidation Disorders (FAODs), Adenosine Deaminase 2 (ADA2) Deficiency, Tyrosinemia (TYR), Cystinuria, Oxalurias, Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PD) Deficiency, Galactosemia, Bilirubin, and Phenylketonuria (PKU).

Bio

George Temeng is a Research Scientist at IVDS with a Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Molecular Diagnostics, earned through studies in Italy and the United Kingdom. His background encompasses cancer research, molecular diagnostics, and clinical laboratory analysis.

Since joining IVDS in 2022, George has contributed to the research, development, and validation of multiple colorimetric and enzymatic point-of-care diagnostic technologies. His work focuses on advancing innovative diagnostic solutions for rare metabolic disorders, helping to improve access to rapid and reliable testing for patients and healthcare providers worldwide.
