"How to Care for Oneself Well"

Taking care of oneself well requires wanting to do so, learning how to do so, being able to do so and then doing so. These requirements are frequently absent. Caring for oneself well involves caring well for others as well as self, those "others" including the Earth's flora, fauna and material substances.
