The hotel and conference will be held at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square Hotel. We have negotiated a discounted room rate of $189.00 plus tax per night (single/double) at this hotel. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are valid until Wednesday, June 17, 2026, or until the blocks are filled. This block may fill up quickly, so be sure to make your reservation early.

We offer a Kids Zone, with programs for 3-6, 7-11, and 12+. We ask that all children be potty-trained in order to attend. Children under 3 are welcome, but must have a guardian with them at ALL times.

By air: The is only 7 miles from Philadelphia International Airport.

By train: The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the 30th Street Station. Alternatively, you can take the Septa 11 Trolley from the train station to the hotel.

By car:  The hotel offers valet parking for $56 per night from Sunday to Thursday and $52 per night on Friday and Saturday. All guests will receive 25% off valet parking.
