Create a Fundraiser
Thank you for your interest in creating a fundraiser for HCU Network America! Having a fundraiser either in person, through social media or email not only raises vital funds to help us support the Homocystinuria community, it spreads awareness of the Homocystinurias and the challenges of living with the conditions. How often have your friends asked how they can help, or what they can do to make managing HCU easier? Here's an easy way to get them involved & support the entire Homocystinuria community!
Create a Facebook Fundraiser
- Go to Facebook.com/fund/HCUNetworkAmerica/
- Follow the prompts to create a fundraiser, adding a title, a description, and your own image, if you like
- Facebook will lead you through inviting friends to donate and sharing on your timeline.
- The funds do take time to process, but are automatically delivered to HCU Network America

- Go to: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/peer-to-peer/donate-to-make-a-difference-14858
- Follow the prompts to create an account (name/email/password) and enter a description & goal for your fundraiser
- Upload a personalized image & save
- Copy the link to your fundraiser & share by email, text, or on social media. Zeffy has no processing fee, and the funds are automatically delivered to HCU Network America
